1. Research use only

All products sold by Venom Lab are intended strictly for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, application, or for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. Venom Lab is not a pharmacy and does not manufacture or dispense drugs.

2. Eligibility & lawful use

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that purchasing research chemicals is lawful where you live. You agree to handle all materials safely in a controlled lab environment and to comply with all applicable regulations.

3. No medical claims

Our products and any information we provide have not been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency or any other regulator. Nothing on the site is medical advice or a medical claim.

4. Liability & indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venom Lab is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the handling, storage, use, or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. You agree to indemnify Venom Lab against any claims arising from your purchase, use, or misuse of products.

5. Orders, returns & delivery

All sales are final once a product has been opened. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy. Shipping terms, including the optional shipping protection fee, are described in our Shipping Policy and Guaranteed Delivery pages.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Venom Lab or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. We may also refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

8. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country in which Venom Lab operates. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
