Where we ship

We ship across Europe with tracked delivery, typically within 3–5 business days. We also ship to selected destinations outside Europe with tracked delivery, usually within 5–10 business days. Exact shipping cost is shown at checkout once you enter your country.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking & delivery

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Our responsibility ends when the package is handed off to the carrier. If your package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or lost in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or returned orders due to address issues. Re-shipments may incur additional fees.
