Refund Policy

All sales are final
We don't issue cash refunds. If an order is approved as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll resolve it with store credit equal to the value of the affected product. Store credit doesn't expire and can't be converted to cash.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or wrong item
We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't entered processing. After that, the order is locked in.
